While standard IT technical training courses provide a good avenue for new or inexperienced employees, most companies have unique requirements for their training. Our Educational Service has an excellent base of IT technology training with almost 100 years of experience in the data communications training industry. We offer the following:

• Each module has specific learning objectives, which enable you to select only the appropriate material for your company’s personal program. Your employees receive one student guide tailor-made for your company; they don’t receive a complete library of our student guides to confuse them during the course.
• Each course is more than just “slideware”. Every module, every page provides comprehensive information creating an invaluable resource for you and your IT group.
• Our format enables us to incorporate your company’s product portfolio, network design, and even your company logo. These courses can be delivered to your employees and your customers; helping you achieve time-to-market.

Success Stories

AMK recently completed a year long process of helping one of Nortel largest customers to fill their knowledge gaps; Bell Nexxia. The success of this program enabled Bell Nexxia to deliver and support their IP VPN services.

AMK partnered with Nortel to deliver Nortel customized training for a Canadian Government RFP for the House of Commons. Through this partnership AMK leveraged its standard Nortel training and delivered a series of tactical and strategic courses to the technical staff of the House of Commons. This is a 10 year standing offer.

AMK Partnered with Bell Nexxia to deliver a training and professional services to the Canadian Government Department HRDC. It is due to AMK’s unique style of providing high quality customized training that Bell selected AMK as a partner. As a result of this partnership Bell Nexxia and AMK won a 6 year standing offer for training and services to over 4500 HRDC staff.

Nortel Training

The core of AMK’s expertise is Nortel. Every instructor, course developer, and course designer are ex-Nortel individuals. Through our service level agreements with our customers, they expressed their needs for training on the Nortel Enterprise products. From our expertise in course design and delivery, we developed a series of courses. Based on our founder’s philosophy for training, these courses are modular in design and customizable in delivery.
